this fellow james hansen who was a contract linguist at a navy base in bahrain apparently got into some trouble there some colleagues noticed that he put a couple classified documents into a book that he had taken into his private quarters there was an investigation and he basically got kicked out they sort of ended his work there and told him that he was no longer needed to go back to the u.s. and it looks like he's probably going to get fired on the way back to the u.s. he stopped in germany...
